We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans and ensuring patient safety throughout the imaging process. This role requires a strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation, medical terminology, and anatomy, along with proficiency in various imaging techniques including CT, X-Ray, and nuclear medicine.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform CT scans on patients as per physician orders, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic evaluation.
* Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Administer contrast materials as needed and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.
* Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly; report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
* Keep accurate records of patient information, procedures performed, and results obtained.
* Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and techniques, including PET scans and diagnostic radiology.

*Qualifications*
* Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (R)(CT)
* Advanced skills needed: Ability to perform CT and X-ray independently Procedures performed on unit
* Certifications Required: BLS

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per week
