  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $30.00 to $38.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)
    • Plan and supervise concrete installations from layout through turnover to the General Contractor or Owner.
    • Communicate daily plans and goals with crew members under your supervision.
    • Educate and motivate crew to accomplish goals safely, accurately, and efficiently.
    • Supervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization.
    • Evaluate the performance, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to crew members.
    • Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise.Concrete Foreman Qualifications:
      • Proven Concrete Foreman Experience with the ability to read blueprints.
      • Minimum of 5 years of concrete experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
      • Experienced with footings, foundation, large flat work, and pours utilizing laser screeds and walk-behind rider trowels.
      • Experience managing a crew of around 8 people.
      • Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures.
        • Applicant may be subject to a background check
        • Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
